Evaluating Congestion Management of Power System considering the Demand Response Program and Distributed Generation

With increasing the energy demand, optimal and safe operation of power systems is main challenge for engineers. Thus, a technique implementation demand response programs (DRPs), installation distributed generation (DG) with transmission distribution factors, DC dynamic load flow presented in this paper. In fact, finding time execution DRPs bus installing wind units its probabilistic effects considered. model, congestion decreased available transfer capability (ATC) rates are significantly improved. According to various types price-based DRPs, customers motivate change their utilization models by shifting price electricity at different times. Finally, proposed model evaluated on well-known IEEE 39-bus New England system. The numerical results show efficiency method because, after application, transmissibility values critical buses have increased. At same time, system peak loads, total costs, losses reduced, voltage profile also shows significant improvement. Totally, demonstrate that using recommended algorithm, loss cost decrease 9 percent $4472.
